INGREDIENTS:
3 (medium sized) sweet potatoes
14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine ingredients together in a large bowl, and beat with a beater. Pour batter into crust. Bake at 375 F for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let pie cool.
This recipe for Sweet Potato Pie IV serves/makes 1 pie.
