INGREDIENTS:
1 (9 inch) pie crust, unbaked
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. pecan halves
DIRECTIONS:
Combine eggs, sugar, syrup, orange juice, flour and salt. Beat by hand or electric mixer until well blended. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour mixture into pie crust. Arrange pecan halves on top of pie. Bake at 300 to 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes until tested done.
