INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 c. shortening
3 c. flour
1 egg
5 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS:
Mix well. Enough for 4 single crusts or two 2 crust pies.
