INGREDIENTS:
1 chocolate pie shell, premade
Chocolate mint ice cream
Chocolate shavings
DIRECTIONS:
Allow ice cream to soften and spread in pie shell. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Shave chocolate to top pie - take from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
