INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 baked pie shell
DIRECTIONS:
Cook all ingredients, except peanut butter, until thickened, over medium heat. Stir in peanut butter. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue.
